Steve and his team did a great job of developing a plan with us, executing on that plan, and pivoting when we changed our minds or made changes to the plan. Our outdoor space includes a fireplace, custom stone work, covered patio with sun windows, outdoor heaters, electrical for TV, and a built in grill, sink, and refrigerator. The venture was not cheap, but Steve and team helped us balance the desire to have high end finishes while still trying to keep expenses at a minimum.
