About endura decking co.?
Better Construction. Better Details. Better Outdoor Living.
Endura Decking Co. is a family-owned, Sammamish-based deck builder and licensed general contractor founded and led by Steve Peck. Steve works with his experienced in-house crew, many of whom have been with him for years, building custom decks, covered outdoor living spaces, railings, and premium TimberTech and AZEK projects throughout Seattle’s Eastside.
For more than a decade, we’ve helped homeowners transform outdoor spaces into lasting extensions of their homes. But what sets Endura apart isn’t simply the material we install or how a finished deck looks on completion day. It’s how the entire project is planned and built—from the structure underneath to the finishing details you see every day.
Because our crews work together project after project, there is consistency in how we build, how we communicate, and the standard we expect on every job. Steve remains closely involved in the company and in the quality of the work, rather than handing projects off to an ever-changing group of contractors.
We take a structural-first approach to deck construction, with careful attention to framing, connections, flashing, drainage, moisture protection, and the demands of Pacific Northwest weather. For projects requiring more than a straightforward deck replacement, we can also coordinate design, structural engineering, permitting, inspections, and the additional trades involved in complete outdoor living spaces.
The result is a project built by a team that knows one another, knows our standards, and takes responsibility for delivering a finished space that looks exceptional, performs over time, and feels like it was always meant to be part of your home.

Why Homeowners Choose Endura Decking Co.
Built for the Pacific Northwest
Rain, moisture, shade and changing seasons make construction details especially important in Western Washington. Endura Decking Co builds with long-term durability and moisture management in mind—not just minimum requirements.
Structural Thinking, Not Surface-Level Remodeling
A premium deck begins underneath the decking. Endura Decking Co focuses on framing, proper connections, flashing, drainage and structural integrity before the finish materials go down.
Design Through Construction
From the initial site evaluation through design, engineering, permitting, construction and final walkthrough, Endura Decking Co manages the details that can make complicated outdoor projects overwhelming.
Premium Materials, Installed Correctly
We specialize in TimberTech composite and AZEK PVC decking, modern railing systems and premium finishes. But even the best materials only perform as well as the installation behind them.
Complete Outdoor Living Expertise
Our work extends beyond decks to covered structures, stairs, railings, lighting, heaters, fireplaces, outdoor kitchens, waterproofing and other features that turn a deck into a complete outdoor living environment.
Craftsmanship You Can See
Picture-frame borders, fascia, stair proportions, railing transitions, concealed fastening and finish details matter. We want the project to look right from across the yard—and when you're standing three feet away.
Local Experience on Seattle's Eastside
Based in Sammamish, Endura Decking Co. serves homeowners throughout Sammamish, Bellevue, Issaquah, Redmond, Kirkland, Snoqualmie, North Bend and surrounding King County communities.
Our experience with local homes, permitting requirements, wooded properties, hillsides, waterfront environments and Northwest weather help us design outdoor spaces around the realities of where they're being built.
Our Deck installation Process
consult & design
1
We start with an on‑site consultation to review your property, evaluate access and layout, and discuss whether a patio‑level or elevated deck best fits your home. Together, we explore materials, structural needs, and design goals to create a plan that aligns with your budget and vision. This step ensures your project begins with clarity, accuracy, and a design tailored to your space.
transparent estimate
2
You receive a clear, itemized estimate outlining pricing, scope, materials, and timeline expectations. When helpful, we provide “good, better, best” options so you can compare features and understand what fits your budget. For homeowners exploring a dream‑deck upgrade, financing is available. Our goal is to give you straightforward, transparent information with no surprises, so you can confidently choose the plan that works best for your home.
professional installation
3
Once your estimate is approved and the deposit is collected, we manage any required permitting and coordinate with the architect and structural engineer. After permit approval, you receive a confirmed start date. Our crew arrives with professional‑grade tools to build a safe, code‑compliant structure. We install framing with proper attachment methods, verify engineered connections, and lay decking with clean, precise craftsmanship—meeting or exceeding Washington building standards.
Final Walkthrough & Warranty
4
After construction and site cleanup, we walk through the finished deck with you to review workmanship and answer care questions. For TimberTech® or Azek® projects, we submit the manufacturer’s warranty, which covers long‑term material performance, including fade and stain protection. Endura Decking Co. also provides a 1‑year craftsmanship warranty—if any issues arise, we address them promptly. You receive clear documentation and lasting support for your new outdoor space.
